Tom is a master professional. I had a family lockbox with an unknown combination. I had no idea what was in it but as soon as Tom unlocked it, he stepped back said it was done. Tom was discrete, didn't ask any additional questions, wasn't interested in the contents, and was only interested in the lock. I paid him and that ended the transaction. Tom does honest work for good pay. 10/10 would hire again.
